Do elliptical exercise machines actually do anything?

You know the elliptical machine at the gym, I say I have a couple of my friends weightlifting throw ellipses, they do nothing for you as far as fat burning and heard so want to try. Is it true? I already have Tony Little Gazelle Glider worthless in a few years back, I was a bit skeptical about getting an elliptical is now. Thanks for all the help they want, my roommate last year of college was as an hour of training every other day for a few months, and slowly she shed so much weight! We were so proud of her. lol we were most shocked that she lost 20 pounds, it is a cumulative endurance exercise for the heart, which can be used and to lose weight, you can burn 500 calories in 45 minutes when 60-min. They help with toning your upper and lower body and good heart. Any form of exercise burns calories - even if it is always on the couch for a few minutes. Intensity is what really counts. When you get on the elliptical and move like a snail, it is still rapid somethingbut do to get more results in the same period. Yes they work. The real question is whether you use them? They are a fantastic machine pumps your heart forever, and since you also on the two handles, you have a workout for body and legs. The only reason they were made to minimize the impact on your body while you since your feed never leave the pedals to work. One of the most important thing about them is that they are fun to use. Running on a treadmill can be really boring after a while, but using an elliptical machine seems a little more fun. For this reason, you are more likely to use effectively and therefore benefit. The argument that the machine is most useful. Have a go at all if you can. Who do you use? In fact, do a little exercise is the goal and if you have the heart faster than good.
